Wes Johnson is a Partner and co-founder of Johnson Reist PLLC. Wes has focused his practice on helping businesses and individuals in litigation and trial. He works closely with his clients to understand the specific goals and needs of each client to achieve the objective most beneficial to them throughout the litigation process.

Wes provides representation in catastrophic personal injuries, insurance litigation (first party and bad faith), construction claims, employee injury claims and claims involving interstate motor carriers. He handles matters for his clients before trial and appellate courts, arbitrators, and mediators. Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, Wes works with clients to successfully gude them toward the result that is important to them throughout the litigation or arbitration process. In addition to his work at the courthouse, Wes has also helped draft and secure legislation favorable to client interests.

As a resident of Garland, Wes is active in the community, currently serving on the Garland ISD Education Foundation Board of Directors, Leadership Garland. In his spare time, Wes is interested in viticulture and the growing Texas wine industry, owning a small vineyard on the banks of the Red River in Montague County, Texas.
