We are dedicated advocates. Our attorneys have more than 25 years of combined legal experience, much of which has been spent aggressively representing clients in high-stakes litigation.
We can also adapt our approach to meet the needs and best interests of the clients we serve. Both Wes and Jana are certified mediators in the state of Texas, as well as approved arbiters for the Texas Department of Insurance. Whether your civil law matter requires hard-nosed litigation, cooperative negotiation or something in between, you can be confident that your legal team is up to the task.
Drawing On Diverse Legal Knowledge And Experience
Each of our attorneys brings unique strengths and interests, allowing us to offer representation in a wide variety of legal practice areas. Jana grew up in the construction industry, working summers while in school for her father’s general contracting company. This experience has greatly informed her legal work in construction disputes, business disputes and employment matters. She is also highly experienced in personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and more.
Wes utilizes more than 17 years of experience in insurance law to provide his clients with targeted, relevant legal advice and exceptional representation. His typical cases include matters related to insurance litigation (both first-party claims and insurance bad faith), claims involving interstate motor carriers, construction claims, employee injury claims and catastrophic personal injuries.
By representing clients on both sides of these many legal issues, Wes and Jana are able to anticipate the needs, goals and legal strategies of opposing parties. This allows them to reach negotiated resolutions more quickly and gives them an edge in the courtroom.
