Prior to founding the firm, both Wes Johnson and Jana Reist worked at a larger Dallas law firm, representing clients on both sides of legal disputes. Both of our attorneys are also approved arbitrators for the Texas Department of Insurance, where they have arbitrated over 150 healthcare billing disputes.

Mediation tends to be significantly faster and cheaper than traditional litigation. Our firm’s rates are listed below:
- Two-Hour Mediation: $300 per side
- Half-day Mediation: $550 per side
- Full-Day Mediation: $900 per side
